What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (booking request, quiz, or contact form), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the general wellness goal you select. If you take our short health quiz, we also collect the answers you pick, such as how long you have felt a certain way, so we can talk them through with you. We ask that you do not include private medical details in website forms. Detailed health information is collected only in person or through secure channels as part of your care.

When you browse this site, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta pixel collect technical information such as the pages you view, how you reached the site, and general device and browser details. More on this under Website analytics and advertising below.

How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your request: to call or text you about scheduling, answer your questions, and, if you opt in, send you helpful emails from Mana. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and text messages

If you check the SMS consent box on a form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Mana Wellness & Aesthetics about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care.

Website analytics and advertising

This site may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. These tools receive technical information such as pages viewed and general device data. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.

Sharing

Form submissions are delivered to the systems we use to manage scheduling and communication on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and request that we update or delete your contact information by contacting us directly.
