Hi, I'm Lani.

"It all started with a dream. My husband Tyler and I just wanted to share what helped us on our own health journey."

Together, Tyler and I spent years caring for people in this community. Along the way, we saw how much can change when you care for the whole person instead of just the symptoms. We believed in it so much that we built Mana to share it.

Tyler passed away. Carrying our dream forward is the honor of my life. The heart he brought to this community lives in everything we do here.

I'm living proof of this work. With the right care, I got my own health back, and now there is nothing I want more than to help you do the same.

What We Believe

We never wanted to be just another med spa.

Mana was built on a simple idea: look deeper. We don't only treat the symptom in front of us. We look at the whole person to understand what's actually contributing to how you feel: your hormones, your gut, your metabolism, your energy. Then we build a plan around you.

Our Approach

Test, don't guess.

Mana was never meant to be a quick fix. We start by listening. Then we run the right labs: GI mapping, hormone panels, and metabolic markers. That way we're working from your data instead of assumptions. From there we build your plan, and we walk it with you, with real check-ins along the way.

Mana is also a place that feels like home. Our space was designed to be calm and welcoming, full of light and plants, somewhere you actually want to be. We keep our team small, and a lot of our patients feel like family. That's on purpose. We believe feeling cared for is part of getting better.
